addison is NOT getting the hang of the bb gun....

addison wanted to try shooting the bb gun too..but um, well she is not quite figuring it out! SOOOO....we allowed her to move up ...and up and up until she finally hit the target~

WELL THE KIDS AND JOE AND I WENT OUT TO OUR LAND WEST OF TOWN TO JUST GET AWAY...AND A SHOCKING THING HAPPENED. IF ANY OF YOU KNOW ME, I DO NOT DO GUNS AT ALL...BUT JOE AND EVAN WERE SHOOTING ( A BB GUN ) AND I WAS LIKE GIVE ME THAT I CAN HIT THE TARGET....AND I DID....HIT 3 IN A ROW...I GUESS I GOT MY MOMS TALENT THERE...SHE BEAT MY DAD SHOOTING A RIFLE WHEN THEY WERE DATING MANY YEARS AGO. I HIT THE TARGET 3 TIMES IN ROW !!

WALKING AND DRIVING IN ONE DAY~~~

How do they do it...one minute they are cradled in your arms and the next minute they are walking AND driving a car...Brayden is going to be 1 year old in about 2 weeks~ They grow up so fast~

WE ALL WENT TO MY PARENTS LAKE HOUSE ON MEMORIAL DAY THIS YEAR...THEN WENT TO A WATERPARK WITH ALL 10 OF US. IT WAS QUITE FUN LET ME TELL YOU...EVEN THOUGH WE HAD TO USE 2 CARS TO GET US ALL THERE.

Addison's 4 H project~

Addison had her 2nd year in 4H this year. She rec'd 4 blue ribbons again w/ one of them being a blue w/ honors. She will now enter 5 pictures into the State Fair in August. Her are the 2 pictures she did and her scrapbooking entry and giftwrapping..She has the talent..I can't draw stick figures....Addison has Mom's gift. Thats for sure.

''Lets go catch a fish dad" !!!!

This a.m. early around say 7 ish-- Elijah decides that he wants to walk down the street to our town park and catch fish with a butterfly net. There is a small little water fall that have huge gold fish--So Joe being good dad...gets up and gets ready...Next thing I know Evan and I are going too...Now if any of you know me, I do NOT do outdoors especially when its hot...But off we went walking to "catch" a fish w/ a butterfly net. Its moments like this that are long lasting and so precious.
